    In order to build on our proven history of producing a quality product, Strict quality control procedures are maintained in order to insure the utmost consistency in the quality of materials. The Quality Control department has the best engineers, tools and facilities to conduct the quality policy in accordance with international standards and best practices.

    production operators and supervisors in the plant are required to undergo regular quality control training and review of procedures. Anything not meeting quality guidelines is rejected for scrap or repair.

    To ensure supply alignment with the project scope and client requests during the manufacturing processes, monitoring and control the extent is needed to assure our products meet specifications. There are three main points in inspection activities while manufacturing processes is performed:

    1. Controlling the raw materials prior to entering the production line.
    2. Checking and monitoring of parts during the manufacturing process (Inspection hold points have been identified for each process).
    3. Finalized inspection activities such as performance test and packing before delivery.
